Mazzei, Stankavage and Wright Received Weekly American Honors

3.30.26 | Women's Lacrosse

PHILADELPHIA - Brooke Mazzei, Kaitlyn Stankavage and Amelia Wright received weekly honors from the American Conference following their performance against James Madison. 

Freshman Brooke Mazzei led the team in draw controls with four, recorded two caused turnovers and contributed to Temple's 18 ground balls collecting two.

Kaitlyn Stankavage led the team with setting a career-high four caused turnovers. Stankavage surpassed 50 career ground balls over the course of two seasons with two in the matchup against JMU.

Graduate student Amelia Wright led the Owls offensively with a season-high five goals surpassing 100 career goals. Wright currently ranks second in goals and goal per game ranking 34th nationally in both categories.
