Temple Giving Days Raises Over $375,000 From Donors

Temple Athletics and the Temple Owl Club proudly celebrated another record-setting year during Temple Giving Days, as the 2026 campaign generated unprecedented support from alumni, fans, former student-athletes and supporters across the university community.Â
Temple Giving Days raised over $375,000 from nearly 800 donors for Athletics, representing an 85.7 percent increase in dollars raised and a 59.2 percent increase in donors compared to 2025.Â
"We are incredibly grateful to every donor who stepped up to support Temple student-athletes during Temple Giving Days," Vice President/Debbie & Stanley Lefkowitz '65 Director of Athletics Arthur Johnson said. "The passion shown by the Temple community continues to make a direct impact on our programs and provides critical resources that directly impact student-athletes success both competitively and academically."Â
The annual initiative, held April 13-18, showcased the passion and generosity of the Temple Athletics community while creating spirited competition among programs in several fundraising categories.Â
"These results reflect the incredible commitment and pride that our alumni, donors, fans and former student-athletes continue to show for Temple Athletics," Brian Thornburg, Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director for Development and NIL Strategy, said. "The growth we experienced during Temple Giving Days and throughout the fiscal year demonstrates the momentum surrounding our programs and the meaningful impact philanthropy has on the student-athlete experience."Â
