Temple Men’s Basketball to Compete in U.S. Virgin Islands Paradise Jam

ST. THOMAS, U.S. Virgin Islands – The Temple University men's basketball team will compete in the 2026 U.S. Virgin Islands Paradise Jam from Nov. 20-23 in St. Thomas.
The Owls will open the three-game tournament against Middle Tennessee on Nov. 20 at 12:30 p.m. ET. Temple will then face either Indiana State or Stephen F. Austin, depending on the opening-round results. The Owls will conclude the tournament Nov. 23 against an opponent determined by the bracket.
The eight-team field also includes East Carolina, Southern Illinois, UT Martin and Utah Valley.
The Elridge Wilburn Blake Sports and Fitness Center on the campus of the University of the Virgin Islands will host the tournament.
This will mark the first Paradise Jam appearance for the Temple men's basketball program. The Temple women's basketball team competed in the tournament during the 2007-08 season.
All tournament games will stream live on ESPN+.
