Temple University's Nancy and Donald Resnick Academic Support Center for Student Athletes has launched the Diamond Development Plan.
This program connects Temple student-athletes with Temple alumni through impactful mentorship pairings that foster connection, career discovery, and personal growth.
Through one-on-one guidance, professional conversations, and shared experiences, student-athletes gain insight into life beyond sports while alumni give back in a meaningful way that honors their own Temple journey.
The Diamond Development program helps student-athletes uncover their own "acres of diamond" and the unique potential within themselves, while expanding their networks and contributing to the lasting Temple legacy, one connection at a time.
