PHILADELPHIA - The Temple University Cross Country Program announced Monday one of its biggest freshmen classes in school history. The class features 11 newcomers from six states, along with an international addition from Spain.

Why Temple? I chose Temple because of the opportunity to run at a higher level as well as the major options as I wanted to go into Kinesiology and heard good things about the program. I also liked how it was not too far from where I live.Â
