2022 Outdoor: Took two silver medals at the AAC Outdoor Championships in the 800m and 1500m runs... Advanced to the NCAA East Regional in the 1500m... Recorded personal-bests at the Virginia Challenge in the 800m with a time of 2:09.13... Took first-place while setting a personal-best in the 1500m with a time of 4:20.94.
2021-22 Indoor: Set a personal-best mark of 4:56.09 in the mile run at the Dr. Sander Invitational Columbia Challenge... Ran to a personal-best time of 9:55.39 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
2021 Cross Country: Placed 23rd at the AAC Championships with a time of 22:28.7... Recorded a top-10 finish at the Temple Invite... Competed at the Mid-Atlantic Regionals.
2021 Outdoor: Did not compete.
2020-21 Indoor: Ran a personal-best 10:05.71 in the 3000m for third place at the #HTownSpeedCity Series III.

2019-20 Indoor: Competed in one meet for the Owls during her rookie campaign...Raced the 3000m at the Fastrack Season Opener, where she finished fourth with a time of 10:08.93.

High School: As a senior, finished fourth at U-20 cross country Irish nationals and third at Senior Girls Schools Cross Country Championships…Took gold in the Senior Girls Munster Schools 3000m…Was a U-20 national champion in cross country and won the U-19 3000m at nationals as a junior.
Personal: Parents are Clodagh and Darren Nicholson…Studying Recreational Therapy at Temple…Placed second in the 2 km Beach Sun at the Surf Lifesaving World Championships in 2016.
