2010-2011 (at Marquette): competed in the Milwaukee Tennis Classic during fall action, collecting three losses in both singles and doubles. 2009-2010 (at Marquette): played at No.1 singles position, tallied 11 overall wins, including eight in dual play…faced four nationally ranked singles players over the spring season…in doubles action, paired with Olga Fischer and Gillian Hush at No. 2 and 3 to tally a 22-9 overall record...with Hush, the duo combined to win six of its last seven matches to close the season…competed in the ITA Midwest Regional main draw in the fall. 2008-2009 (at Marquette): recorded 5-5 and 4-5 marks in doubles and singles, respectively…each of her fall doubles wins came with Christina Ruiz as her partner, including a win in the Western Michigan Bronco Invitational Silver Flight Consolation match…in her first spring season, tallied double-digit wins in both singles and doubles play…boasted a 10-13 singles record, all from the No.1 position, and a 10-12 spring doubles record, combining with Ruiz, Robin Metzler, Kylie Moore, and Olga Fischer at the No. 1 and 2 positions…was one of the only two Golden Eagles to compete at the No. 1 singles spot for MU in the spring. Prior to Marquette: boasted high national rankings throughout her junior career as she earned the No. 1 ranking in the Caribbean in her age group twice (14s, 16s), and was ranked as high as No. 63 according to the United States Tennis Association…in 2007, was ranked No. 2 in her age group by the Central America & Caribbean Tennis Confederation…also won first place in doubles at the Costa Rica Bowl and the Copa Mundo Maya… helped Puerto Rico finish fourth in the Americas Zone Group 1 of 2008 Fed Cup…in singles action, found herself in the singles semifinals in El Salvador’s Copa La Libertad, and finished in the round of 16 in the 2008 Costa Rica Bowl…was a finalist in a national open in Puerto Rico and defeated Jessica Roland, the former No.1 singles player at Texas A&M and ranked No. 20 nationally, in the semifinals…was recognized as the Puerto Rico Tennis Association’s 2007 Athlete of the Year, the Recreation and Sports Department 2007 Female Athlete of the Year, and the XI Olympic Awards Athlete of the Year…according to tennisrecruiting.net, she was a four-star recruit, the No.1 Puerto Rican recruit, and recognized as a top 100 recruit in the United States.
