2012 Cross Country: Closed out his Temple career with NCAA All-American honors at the 2012 NCAA Championships, placing 37th overall with a time of 29:58.6...Was the first Temple cross country runner to ever earn All-America, and had already earned two All-America honors as a member of the track & field team...Won the Atlantic 10 Championships with a time of 25:10.5 and followed it up with another win at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals in a time of 30.24...Also took a win earlier in the season at the Leopard Invite with a time of 24.55.
2011 Cross Country: Redshirted the season to prepare for U.S. Olympcs.
2010 Cross Country: Took first place in Temple's first place finish at the Monmouth Invitational...Placed second among Temple runners at the A-10 Championships, placing 41st overall...Temple's second-fastest finisher, placing 66th in a time of 32:02.
2009 Cross Country: Finished 149th with a time of 25:18 at the Paul Short Invitational…Ran a time of 26:45.62 for 18th place at the Blue & Gold Invitational…Finished 23rd at the Atlantic 10 Championship…Placed 52nd at the NCAA Regional Championship…Recorded a sixth place finish at the IC4A Championship.
2009 Outdoor Track & Field: Placed third in 3000m steeplechase (9:37.68) at Wake Forest Invitational...Took second with a time of 3:57.89 in 1500m at the Danny Curran Invitational...Claimed second in the 5000m run (15:34.60) at the Greyhound Invitational...Finished in a time of 9:16.39 in the 3000m steeplechase to take seventh place at the A-10 Championship.
2008-2009 Indoor Track & Field: Broke school record in the 3000m at Gotham Cup when he ran a 8.49.83...Broke the record again the following week by posting a 8:34.37 in the 3000m at the Terrier Invitational...Ran a 8:49.65 in the 3000m at the A-10 Championships to finish 15th.
2008 Cross Country: Named A-10 Rookie of the Week and Owl Athlete of the Week after captured first place at Monmouth Cross Country Kickoff.
