The 2019 Military Bowl presented by Northrop Grumman, benefiting the USO date and time are Dec. 27, 2019, Noon kickoff at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, Md. The stadium is located at 550 Taylor Avenue.
Stadium parking is available for sale. Only those with pre-purchased parking passes will be able to access the stadium lots on gameday. If you do not have a stadium parking pass, see below for our various overflow parking options. Have a plan in place before you arrive in Annapolis– please do not try to access the stadium lots without a parking pass. Gameday cash parking is not available.
  • The Germantown Elementary School PTA and Phoenix Academy Staff provides convenient offsite parking options located just a few blocks from Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Parking is $25 for a single-space vehicle and $60 for an oversized vehicle. Payment is accepted in cash only. Parking lots will open at 7:00 a.m. for the Military Bowl. Three lots are available:
    • Germantown Elementary School, 200 Windell Ave.
    • Phoenix Academy School, entrance at 322 Locust Ave.
    • Studio 39 (Old Phoenix), 291 Locust Ave (oversize vehicle lot)
  • Harry S Truman Park and Ride, Harry S Truman Parkway & Riva Road, will open at five (5) hours before the game and end two (2) hours after the game. The shuttle runs approximately every 20 minutes, and drops off and picks up at the Navy Ticket Office.

Tailgating is permitted within the N-MCMS Stadium parking lot for those with a valid parking pass and will be restricted to the area directly behind one’s car. There is no saving of parking spaces. Please note that lots do not allow reentry. For additional information please visit our Stadium Policies page.
Stadium gates will open to the public 90 minutes prior to kickoff (10:30 a.m.).
Teams arrive on December 22nd. Fan events in Annapolis will take place several days prior to the game on the 27th. Click here for additional Bowl Week info. 
Yes, beer is available for purchase for those 21+ at concession stands.  Beer is sold at the pregame Official Tailgate as well.
The game will be televised live on ESPN.

Fans attending the game will be able to purchase through Temple Athletics until Wednesday, December 26 at 12pm (EST).
Fans wishing to make a donation towards military and charitable groups will be able to do so until Thursday, December at 9am (EST).

The priority order deadline to request tickets is Wednesday, December 12 at 5:00 p.m. Season ticket holders with questions on how to manage your account, please call 215-204-4440 to speak with a Temple representative. The Temple Athletics Box Office will be open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

*Temple Football Season Ticket Holders and Owl Club Members: please use your Temple Athletics Account information to log in when purchasing tickets. This will ensure your tickets are allocated based on your Owl Club Priority Points standing.
