Making An Account (For the First Time):

To create an account, enter the email linked to your tickets. You’ll be prompted to set a password and fill in your details, then verify your email and phone number. Once both are verified, your account will be ready to use.
Re-Accessing Your Existing Account:

If you forgot your password or need to relink your account, start by entering your email. On the password screen, click Forgot Password. Enter your email again, then choose to receive a one-time code via email or text. After entering the code, you’ll be able to reset your password and sign in.
Transferring Tickets:

To access your tickets, log into your account and click on My Events. Each game will be listed individually — select the event you need. You’ll be taken to the My SafeTix screen where all tickets for that event are shown. Select the ticket(s) you want, and the full ticket will appear. Tap Transfer at the bottom. You may be prompted to verify with a code. Then, choose the ticket(s) to transfer, enter the recipient’s first and last name plus their phone number or email, click Save, and send.

Log into your account and click My Events to view your tickets. Select the game you want, and you'll be taken to the My SafeTix screen where all tickets are listed. Tap the ticket you need to view the barcode. Below the barcode, tap Add to Mobile Wallet. A preview will appear — tap Add in the top right. The ticket will then be saved to your mobile wallet for entry.

How do I manage my tickets?
You can access the Temple Owls Account Manager by Clicking Here. Through the Temple Owls Account Manager, you will have the ability to:
- Reserve your Season Tickets
- View or download your tickets
- Transfer tickets to Friends, Family, or Clients
- Update Account Information

How do I pull up my mobile ticket(s)?
In the Temple Account Manager, log into your Temple Owls Account. Once logged in, you will see all your tickets for upcoming events. Tap the event you would like to view and your mobile ticket will appear.



What if I want to transfer my tickets?
If a friend or family member will be attending the game, you will need to transfer the tickets to them through your Temple Owls Account. It's easy – select the game you would like to manage, select 'Transfer Tickets' and either select from your contacts or enter the email address.



What if I don't have a smartphone or access to email?
If you do not have a smartphone or access to email, contact the Temple Athletics Ticket Office at 215-204-8499
What if I’m having issues accessing my account?
We highly recommend downloading tickets to your phone’s wallet 24 hours before the game. Make sure you’re using the email address and password associated with your Temple Football Ticketmaster Account Manager account. You can also try resetting your password. For further assistance, contact the Temple Athletics Ticket Office at 215.204.8499. If you are having issues the day of the game, go to the Lincoln Financial Field Box Office.
