All parking at Temple University is managed by Temple University Office of Parking Services. After reading the information provided below, if you have additional questions regarding parking at Temple University please visit the Temple University Parking Services Website.
The Liacouras Center has over 3,500 parking spaces within a short walking distance of the Arena. Parking lots will open two hours before the scheduled time of the event. Please see below for information specific to the parking lots available to you for events:
Liacouras Garage
Effective immediately, Liacouras Garage is accepting ONLY* pre-paid parking through ParkMobile for all events. Securing reserved parking through ParkMobile will guarantee you a space in the garage for that specific day's event. The cost for parking at Liacouras Garage is as follows:
- $22.00 - Temple University events (includes all applicable taxes and surcharges)
When entering the garage, please have your ParkMobile QR code ready to scan.
ParkMobile
Skip the hassle of finding a parking spot the day of your event and reserve you parking today! Avoid the headache and stress of event parking in the city by making a reservation before you arrive. ParkMobile allows you to make a reservation in app or visit parkmobile.io to reserve a parking space using The Liacouras Center ParkMobile page today.

The following parking options exist at Temple University for patrons who do not wish to reserve their parking in advance via ParkMobile.
Temple Towers Lot
Located on 13th Street between Cecil B. Moore Avenue and Oxford Street.
GPS Address: 1651 N. 13th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122
- This parking lot does not accept cash. Credit card or debt card ONLY.
- $20.00 - Temple University events (includes all applicable taxes and surcharges)
- $25.00 - Special Events to include concerts, family shows, etc. (includes all applicable taxes and surcharges)
Cecil B. Moore Lot
Located on Cecil B. Moore Avenue between 12th Street and 13th Street.
GPS Address: 1223 Cecil B. Moore Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19122
- Credit cards, debit cards, and cash (if paying by cash, you must use exact change) are accepted at the kiosk
- $5.00 per hour - all events (includes all applicable taxes and surcharges)
Tuttleman Lot
Located on Montgomery Avenue between 12th Street and 13th Street.
GPS Address: 1205 W. Montgomery Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19122
- Spots are limited and are available on a first come, first serve basis.
- Credit cards, debit cards, and cash (if paying by cash, you must use exact change) are accepted at the kiosk
- $6.00 per hour - all events (includes all applicable taxes and surcharges)
Montgomery Garage
Located on 11th Street between Montgomery Avenue and Berks Street.
GPS Address: 1859 N. 11th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122
- This lot may be reserved through the ParkMobile App.
- This parking lot does not accept cash. Credit card or debt card ONLY.
- $20.00 - Special Events to include concerts, family shows, etc. (includes all applicable taxes and surcharges)
