Cole Boozer

Cole Boozer joined the Temple Football staff as a graduate assistant in January, 2022. He will work with Chris Wiesehan and the offensive line.

Boozer is no stranger to Owls fans as he was a three-time letterwinner having been part of the team from 2013-17. In fact, he played under three head coaches, played tight end and offensive line, made three bowl appearances, and was a member of the 2016 American Athletic Conference Championship team.

A single-digit honoree, Boozer went on to earn a roster spot on the 2018 Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He then played for the XFL’s DC Defenders in 2019 before injuries curtailed his playing career.

He spent the 2021 season as an intern under former Temple head coach, Geoff Collins, at Georgia Tech.

Cole’s younger brother, Evan Boozer, is a defensive end for the Owls.

The Hunt Valley, Md., native earned his bachelors degree in organizational development and masters in sports business from Temple. He is currently pursuing a degree in higher education.
