Mike Wallace begins his second year as a student assistant coach at Temple University.
He spent the previous seven seasons as the assistant head coach under Hall of Fame coach Ron Cohne at George Washington High School in Philadelphia, PA. At GW, he coached numerous division one players including two HS All-Americans (DL Justin Moody & DL Sharrif Floyd). Floyd was the 23rd pick in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings.
Under the tutelage of Wallace, George Washington HS won four Public League titles during his seven year coaching span, including three straight from 2007-2009, and again in 2011.
A four-year letterman for George Washington High School, Wallace entered the coaching ranks directly from high school, joining the GW staff.
He is pursuing degrees in adult and organizational development and psychology.
