Jager Gardner

Jager Gardner joined the Temple Football staff as a graduate assistant in the operations department in August 2021. He works with the team in all phases of recruiting and operations.

Gardner is no stranger to Edberg-Olson Hall having been a five-year member of the Owls from 2015-19. He was one of three true freshmen to see significant action in 2015 when Temple played in its first of back-to-back American Athletic Conference Championship games. That freshman season at SMU, in his only start, set the school record with a 94-yard run from scrimmage for a touchdown. Gardner and his fellow Recruiting Class of 2015 went on to play in a school record five straight bowl games.

Gardner attended Charles D. Owen High in Black Mountain, N.C., before arriving at Temple where he earned his undergraduate degree in business in 2019.
