Tim Ziemba enters his first season as a graduate assistant with the Temple men’s basketball program in 2026-27.
Ziemba joins the Owls after working with both basketball programs at Rutgers. During the 2025-26 season, he served as a manager for the Scarlet Knights’ men’s basketball team, assisting with player development workouts, tracking live practice statistics and participating on the scout team. He also filmed and coded practices and games.
Before joining the men’s program, Ziemba served as a practice player and manager for Rutgers women’s basketball during the 2024-25 season. In that role, he contributed to the scout team, assisted with player development and helped film and code practices and games.
Prior to his time in Piscataway, Ziemba played two seasons of NCAA Division III basketball at Maine Maritime Academy from 2022-24. The Mount Laurel, N.J., native earned NAC All-Academic Team honors.
Ziemba’s additional coaching experience includes serving as the head coach of Detail U’s 16U and 17U teams, which competed in MADE Hoops and Zero Gravity events. He has also led and assisted with individual workouts for professional, college and high school players as a skills trainer.
Ziemba earned his bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Rutgers Business School in May 2026.
