Colton Jones serves as the Director of Ticket Operations for Temple University Athletics, overseeing all aspects of ticketing strategy, CRM integration, and game day operations. A dedicated professional with over give years of experience in Division I college athletics, Jones plays a critical role in driving revenue, enhancing the fan experience, and ensuring NCAA compliance through effective ticketing systems management.
Before taking on his current role at temple, Jones worked in ticket operations and database marketing at Rutgers University, where he led. the development of targeted digital campaigns and managed a team of over 45 student workers. He also held a ticket operations position at the University of Pennsylvania and began his collegiate athletics journey as a student recruiting assistant for Temple Football.
A proud Temple Owl, Colton holds both a Master of Science in Sport Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Legal Studies from Temple University.
