Dan Lobacz started in his role as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Strategic Communications on August 29, 2024. Lobacz joins the Owls from La Salle University, where he served as the Associate Athletic Director for External Relations.
In his new role at Temple, Lobacz will oversee all aspects of strategic communications, including media relations and social media for the university's athletic programs. His background also includes serving as the main media contact for the LIU Brooklyn men's basketball team during their run to a third straight NCAA Tournament.
