Drew Flack joined the Temple Football staff in August 2023, as the head equipment manager for Temple Football.
Previously, Flack served as associate director of equipment operations for football and lacrosse at the University of Pennsylvania from 2021-22.
Flack has three years of experience as an equipment intern in the NFL, with stints in Baltimore and Chicago. He assisted in equipment prep and maintenance for two seasons (2016-17) with the Ravens and one season (2018) with the Bears. In 2019, Flack took over as equipment manager for Olympic sports at Providence College, where he remained through August 2021.
A graduate of Minnesota State University-Mankato, Flack was involved in equipment maintenance for three years as an undergraduate student. He served as an equipment assistant from the fall of 2013 through the spring of 2016. Flack graduated from Minnesota State University-Mankato with a bachelor of science in sport management and a minor in marketing.
