Emily Seaman is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC) and serves as the Mental Health Coordinator and Performance Coach at TUWell, returning to her alma mater to provide integrated mental health and mental performance support to student-athletes. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Athletic Counseling from Springfield College and bachelor’s degrees in Neuroscience and Psychology from Temple University.

Prior to returning to Temple, Emily served as a Cognitive Performance Specialist for the United States Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program, where she supported mental readiness and performance in high-stress environments. In her current role, she is responsible for case management, care coordination, and the delivery of individual and team-based mental performance services.
