Maddie Rodgers was hired by Temple Football in February 2025 as the assistant director of football operations. She came to Philadelphia after one season at Western Michigan as the director of on-campus recruiting.
In her role, she works directly with chief of staff, Nico Piraino handling the day-to-day logistics including team travel, team budget, student-athlete recruitment and a variety of administrative tasks for the football program.
She arrived at WMU after two seasons at Lafayette as the director of football operations. Prior to Lafayette, Rodgers worked as a pre-draft scouting intern for the Philadelphia Eagles. She participated in the 2022 NFL Women’s Forum during her two-month tenure.
Rodgers spent four years with the University of Pittsburgh Athletics department as a student recruiting assistant. She earned a degree in business administration from Pittsburgh in 2022, focusing on human resources management and marketing, with a certificate in sports management.
