Before joining Temple University, Serrato served as an AVID Tutor at El Capitan High School in Merced, California, and later worked as a substitute teacher for the Merced Union High School District.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics with a concentration in Data Science from the University of California, Merced, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Sport Business at Temple University.
As an alum of Tracy High School (Class of 2020) in Tracy, California, Serrato was a member of the school’s basketball team.
