Taylor Szczecina joined Temple Athletics as an assistant equipment manager for Olympic sports in July 2026 after serving two years as a graduate assistant in the equipment department.
In her role, Szczecina assists with equipment preparation, laundry operations and locker room setup while providing event-day support across Temple’s athletic facilities. She also has experience using Nike Gameday and Teamworks Inventory Management software.
While completing her graduate studies, Szczecina served as a program intern with Girls on the Run Philadelphia. She previously gained experience with the Penn Relays, Reading Fightin Phils, Traction Rec YMCA User Conference and Steel Fitness Premier.
Szczecina earned a master’s degree in sport business from Temple in 2026. She graduated from Kutztown University in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in sport management and a minor in fitness administration.
