The fourth highest scorer in Temple women's basketball history during her time, Mimi Carroll-Kurtz tallied 1,290 points and averaged 11.6 points in 111 games. She owned the Temple record for free throws in one game at the time, making 14 foul shots against Maryland in 1986. She was Temple's leading scorer during the 1985-86 season, tallying 394 points and averaging 15.2 points a game. She was inducted into the Philadelphia Big 5 Hall of Fame in 1992, making the All-Big 5 first team as a senior. As a senior at Temple, she was inducted into the Legion of Honor of the Chapel of the Four Chaplains for her work at the Office of the Handicapped at Temple. A standout at Springfield (DELCO) High School before coming to Temple, she was inducted into that school's Hall of Fame in 1995.
