Lori Brennan Named Atlantic 10 Conference Women's Soccer Player of the Week

Philadelphia (Sept. 20) - Temple women's soccer player Lori Brennan was named the Atlantic 10 Conference Player of the week today.

Brennan, a senior midfielder, led the way with eight points to help Temple win the Holiday Inn Express Invitational in Stony Brook, N.Y. on Sept. 18-19. Brennan had three goals and one assist in a 6-2 victory over Marist on Sept. 18. In the championship game, Brennan tallied one assist. She was named the tournament's most valuable player.

The Collegeville, Pa. native leads the Owls in scoring with five goals and five assists. She currently ranks sixth on the Temple's all-time scoring list with 31 points.
