Softball Ends Weekend With 2-2 Record

Philadelphia, Pa. (Mar. 27) - Temple softball ended the weekend with a 2-2 record after playing in the Princeton Invitational in Princeton, New Jersey.

Temple won two games against Fairfield, 4-2 and 9-1, but were beat by Princeton 0-2 and Boston College 0-8. Sophomore

Katie Spencer from Escondido, Calif. totaled 2 RBIs with four hits for the weekend. Freshman Liz Naughton from Olyphant, Pa.

served a total 14.0 innings with a loss against Princeton and a win against Fairfield.

The Owls will compete against Hofstra on Wednesday, March 29 at 2:30 p.m. On Saturday, the Owls return home to host

UPenn at 12 noon.
