Women's Tennis Defeats Lafayette

PHILADELPHIA, PA (April 7) - The women's tennis team defeated Lafayette College, 7-1, on Friday for their eighth win of the season.

The women dominated the match winning five of their six singles matches and both of their doubles matches. Tamara Truta

defeated Shannon Rowe 6-3, 6-2 for her team leading 19th win of the season. The doubles team of Tanja Zecic and Nadia

Ramdass beat Lafayette's Megan Rowe and Felicia Turturiello, 8-6, for their eighth win of the season.

The Owls travel to Virginia Tech next weekend to compete in the A-10 Championships.
