OWLS LOSE TO DRAGONS 2-1

PHILADELPHIA -- Temple women's soccer lost to LaSalle 2-1 at LaSalle. Temple's record drops to 6-10-1 overall and 1-8-1 in the Atlantic 10 Conference.

Senior Forward Brandi Wright (Olathe, Kan./Olathe) scored the goal for the Owls. The Explorers' goals were scored by junior forward Amy Schneider in the 56th minute and sophomore forward Krista Lee in the 34th minute.

Temple freshman net minder Jackie Mauro (Philadelphia, Pa./ArchBishop Ryan) posted five saves.

The Owls (6-10-1, 1-8-1 A-10) will visit Fordham on Sunday at 6:30 p.m.
