Game Times Announced For Temple's 2001 Home Football Schedule

PHILADELPHIA -- Kickoff times for each of Temple University's six home

football dates in the 2001 season were announced today by Director of

Athletics Dave O'Brien.

For the second straight season and just the second since 1984, the Owls

will play six home games in the upcoming season. The 2001 Temple home

football schedule follows:

 Saturday, Oct. 13  RUTGERS*       Veterans Stadium 12:00 p.m.
 Saturday, Oct. 27  PITTSBURGH*    Veterans Stadium 12:00 p.m.
 Saturday, Nov. 10  VIRGINIA TECH* Veterans Stadium 12:00 p.m.
