Temple's Synnesvedt Named Atlantic 10 Lacrosse Player Of The Week

PHILADELPHIA - Sophomore midfielder Patience Synnesvedt was named
Atlantic 10 Player of the Week on April 23. Synnesvedt helped the
Owls (8-5, 4-0) win three games and remain undefeated in Atlantic 10
play. In Temple's 16-1 win over La Salle on April 17, Synnesvedt
collected five points by scoring two goals and assisting on three
other tallies. On April 20, she scored four goals against Duquesne
as the Owls defeated the Dukes 13-4 in a battle of conference
unbeatens. Synnesvedt rounded out the week by scoring four goals in
Temple's 12-2 win over St. Bonaventure. For the week, Synnesvedt
totaled 13 points, including 10 goals and three assists.
This is her first Player of the Week honor of the season.
