LACROSSE FALLS TO OLD DOMINION IN OVERTIME

Sophomore Tiffany Pulaski (Boyertown, Pa./Boyertown) and junior Deanna Radcliffe (Collegeville, Pa./Perkiomen Valley) led the Owls with three goals apiece. Junior Liz Frengs (Collingswood, N.J./ Collingswood) added two goals to the Owl attack. Senior Robin Keevan (Malvern, Pa./Great Valley) and junior Patience Synnestvedt (Bryn Athyn, Pa./ Academy of the New Church) each posted an assist for Temple. Senior goalkeeper Sheena Oomen (New Hyde Park, N.Y./New Hyde Park) recorded ten saves.
Old Dominion sophomore Janine Rodriguez (Davidsonville, MD/ South River) led the team with three goals and one assist while junior teammate Danielle Hensil (Havertown, PA/Haverford) scored a goal in overtime. Sophomore Suzanne Wosczyna (Phoenixville, PA/Phoenixville), younger sister of Temple senior Shelly Wosczyna, and junior Marlaine Smith (Gaithersburg, MD/Albemarle) netted two scores each. Sophomore goalkeeper Beth O'Leary posted five saves and allowed eight goals.
Temple ends their four game season opening road trip with a 4:00 p.m. start on Wednesday, March 20, 2002 at the University of Pennsylvania.
