LACROSSE: OWLS' CEBRON EARNS ATLANTIC 10 PLAYER OF THE WEEK HONORS

PHILADELPHIA - Senior Noelle Cebron (Yorktown, N.Y./Yorktown) earned Atlantic 10 Player of the Week honors as the Owls lacrosse team (3-3) posted a 1-1 record against two teams in the top twenty. Cebron had nine points on five goals and four assists.

In an 18-14 win over No. 11 Penn State on March 26, the Yorktown native recorded four points (three assists and one goal). In an 18-8 loss to No. 4 Virginia on March 30, Cebron led the Owls in scoring with four goals and recorded one assist for five points. Cebron leads the Owls in scoring with 17 points on 11 goals and six assists.

Temple has an overall record of 3-3 including two losses to nationally ranked opponents (No. 4 Virginia and No. 18 Old Dominion University).

The Owls return home Tuesday, April 2 at 3:00 p.m. against Lafayette at Geasey Field.
