TEMPLE'S CEBRON SELECTED TO PLAY IN THE NORTH/SOUTH SENIOR ALL-STAR GAME

PHILADELPHIA - Senior Noelle Cebron (Yorktown, N.Y./Yorktown) of the Temple lacrosse team was selected to play in the North/South Senior All-Star game being held at Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland on Saturday, June 8, 2002 at 4:00 p.m.

Cebron was a four-year starter for the Owls and led Temple in assists three out of her four seasons. This season Cebron led the Owls in goals (52), assists (37) and total points (89). Cebron's 37 assists broke the Owls' single season record. She ranks second on the all-time career assist list with 88 and holds the fifth highest total for most points in a single season.

Cebron led the Owls to a 14-5 overall record including an unblemished 7-0 conference mark. Temple won its second straight Atlantic 10 Championship and earned an automatic bid to the 16-team NCAA Tournament.

Cebron earned first team All-Conference and All-Championship team honors in addition to being named first team All Mid-Atlantic. Cebron is one of two Atlantic 10 players invited to participate in the North/South game.
