WOMEN'S TENNIS BLANKED BY TIGERS 7-0

PHILADELPHIA- The Temple University Women's Tennis team was shutout by the Princeton Tigers 7-0 this afternoon., March 30, 2003.

Freshmen Mia Marovic and Ana Maslesa lost in the No. 1 and No. 2 singles spots respectively. Sophomore Rene Deyzel suffered and injury early in the match causing her to forfeit in the No. 3 singles spot. Lauren Verrall and Laura Seiverling also lost in the No. 5 and No. 6 singles spots 2-6, 3-6 and 0-6, 0-6 respectively.

The Owls also dropped all three of their doubles matches against the Tigers.

Next up for the Owls is a road trip to Norfolk, Virginia where they will face Old Domminion on April 6, 2003. Match time is set for 1:00 p.m.
