PHILADELPHIA - For the Temple women's basketball team, the question of "if" was decided on March 8 at the Atlantic 10 Championship. Now the Owls know where and who. Temple has earned an 11 seed in the 2004 NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament and will face six seed TCU on March 20 at the Liacouras Center.

The Owls (21-9), who are in the "Big Dance" for the second time in last three years, are 1-2 all-time in NCAA Tournament play. Temple has won 17 of its last 20 games including an eight-game home win streak which dates back to January 2, 2004. The Owls were a 14 seed in 2002, the last time they went "dancing".

The Horned Frogs (24-6) are the Conference USA runner-up. TCU, which is making its fourth straight NCAA Tournament appearance, has advanced to the second round in each of the last three seasons. The number six seed is the highest-ever for the Horned Frogs.
