PRINCETON, NJ - Princeton edged Temple, 4-3, in women's tennis on Saturday afternoon. The teams split the six singles matches with the Tigers winning the doubles point to take the match.

Senior Danira Penic continued her brilliant play at number one singles for the Owls, defeating Darcy Robertson, 7-5, 6-2, for her ninth win of the spring and 11th of the year. Temple's other singles wins came from Ana Maslesa at the number three slot and Laura Seiverling at number five.

Penic and Maslesa then combined for a victory at number one doubles to up their mark to 8-3 on the spring. Princeton took the second and third doubles matches to win the point and the match.

The Owls, 2-12, will next play at Richmond on April 2.
