4.19.04 | Women's Lacrosse
PHILADELPHIA - Senior Tiffany Pulaski, who had a total of 18 points in Temple's last three games, was named Atlantic 10 Player of the Week in women's lacrosse on April 19. It is the first Player of the Week honor this season for an Owl in lacrosse.
Pulaski tied the Temple all-time record for points in a game with a 12 point outburst in a 23-4 win over Lafayette on April 14. She scored 10 goals, which tied her for the second best single-game goal scoring effort in in Owls' history and added two assists to tie Carol Schultz, who scored nine goals and had three assists against Princeton in 1984, for the all-time single-game points mark.
On April 16, Pulaski scored two goals in a 20-7 Temple win at La Salle and tallied three goals and an assist as the Owls defeated Massachusetts, 20-14 on April 18. Temple (7-6, 4-1 A-10) is in a tie with Duquesne atop the A-10 standings.
