PHILADELPHIA -- The Temple University football team will host Carousel House Sports Camp, a group of mentally disabled young adults aged 16 and older, at its morning practice tomorrow (Thursday, August 19) at Geasey Field, located behind McGonigle Hall at 15th Street and Montgomery Avenue. The practice is from 9:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. with the campers scheduled to arrive at 10:45 a.m. After practice, Temple players and coaches will interact with the campers and sign autographs.
Tomorrow's visit will mark the seventh consecutive year under head coach Bobby Wallace that the Owls have hosted Carousel House Sports Camp at a preseason practice.
