TWO TEMPLE PLAYERS CHOSEN FOR ATLANTIC 10 WOMEN'S SOCCER TEAMS

PHILADELPHIA-- Temple University senior forward Stephanie Vietry has been named to the 2005 Atlantic 10 Women's Soccer Academic All-Conference Team. The 11-member is team voted on by the league's Sports Information Directors. Vietry, from Cranston, RI (Cranston West), has compiled a 3.93 cumulative grade point average as a finance major. Vietry has started 16 of the 19 games in which she appeared this season.

Freshman Forward Charisma Wright has been named to the 2005 Atlantic 10 Women's Soccer All-Rookie team. Wright, from Brooklyn, NY attended Midwood High School. Wright ended the season with a five-game scoring streak, including two game-winners and one tying goal. Wright has started 6 of the 16 games in which she appeared.
