FRENGS NAMED WOMEN'S LACROSSE ATLANTIC 10 CO- PLAYER OF THE WEEK

PHILADELPHIA- After scoring nine goals and dishing two assists, Allison Frengs was named the Atlantic 10 Women's Lacrosse Co-Player of the Week for the week ending April 10, 2005.
Frengs posted a team-high three goals as the Owls nearly topped No. 3 Princeton, 10-8, on April 6. It was Frengs game against Saint Joseph's, however, that proved to be the highlight of the sophomore's week. She scored six goals and assisted on two others, allowing the Owls to take the game 14-10 and keep their Conference record unblemished.
Frengs leads the 16th ranked Owls (5-4, 2-0 A-10) with 25 goals and two assists.
Next up for Temple is a non-conference game at Lafayette on Wednesday, April 13 at 4 p.m.
