WOMEN'S LACROSSE GAME AGAINST LAFAYETTE TO BE BROADCAST ON COLLEGE SPORTS TELEVISION

PHILADELPHIA-Temple's 17th-ranked women's lacrosse team will be featured on College Sports Television when it takes on the Lafayette Leopards on April 13 at 4 p.m. The game will be telecast on tape-delay by CSTV and will air on April 15 at 3 p.m.
The Owls, who are currently 5-4 on the season and 2-0 in the Atlantic 10, entered the polls at #19 on March 28, marking the first time in three years that the women's lacrosse team has been ranked in the Top 20. TU was ranked #16 last week. Temple last appeared in the Top 20 in the final regular season poll of the 2002 campaign (#19).
The four-time defending Atlantic 10 champion Owls have posted a big win against then #2 Penn State and garnered one National Player of the Week in Patty Glavin (March 28). Sophomore Allison Frengs was just named the A-10 Co-Player of the Week for the week ending April 10.
