PHILADELPHIA -- The 2005 "Bobby Wallace Radio Show" will air Thursdays during the season from 9-9:30 p.m. on WPHT (1210 AM), it was announced today by the Temple University Department of Athletics. Harry Donahue, in his 11th year as voice of Temple football, will host the show which will feature a preview of the Owls' upcoming game and a recap of the prior contest.

The first show will air on Thursday, September 8, after Temple's season opener at Arizona State (Sept. 1) and two days before the Owls' game at Wisconsin. On September 15, the show will air at approximately 10:30, after the Phillies baseball game against the Atlanta Braves. The final broadcast of the year will be on November 17, prior to the regular season finale at Navy. There will be no show on November 10 during the Owls' bye week.

Wallace is in his eighth season directing the Temple program and his 30th-year overall coaching college football. He has an all-time head coaching record of 101-96-1, which ranks tied for 19th among active Division I-A coaches in career wins.

Donahue, who has also served as play-by-play announcer for Temple men's basketball since the 2002-03 campaign, is one of the most recognizable voices in the Delaware Valley. A Philadelphia native, he has worked as a morning news and sports anchor at KYW Newsradio since 1979.
