BILLY CRUTCHER NAMED VIDEO COORDINATOR AT TEMPLE UNIVERSITY

Crutcher landed with the Falcons in October 2003 as video coordinator and assumed the additional role of director of football operations in January 2004. He worked with both XOS and LRS Sports digital editing software to break down and cut-up game and practice tapes, while producing highlight videos utilizing Adobe Premiere. He maintained a digital video system comprised of 18 viewing stations and 14 coaching stations. In his operations role, he was responsible for team travel, lodging, meals and camps, in addition to various administrative responsibilities.
The Falcons made consecutive bowl appearances with Crutcher behind the lens. BGSU captured the Mid-American Conference title in 2003 and defeated Northwestern in the Motor City Bowl en route to an 11-3 overall record. The Falcons defeated
Prior to BGSU, Crutcher served as video coordinator for the Lexington Horsemen of the National Indoor Football League. With the Horsemen, he utilized Mini-DV and a non-linear editor. The team advanced to the playoffs in its inaugural season.
