PHILADELPHIA -- Temple's student day and barbeque at Temple football has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 19, from 4:30-7:30 p.m. The meet-and-greet social was originally slated for Wednesday, April 5, but was cancelled due to poor weather conditions.
Temple students are welcome to attend practice at 4:30 p.m. that afternoon. At the conclusion of the practice, at approximately 6:30, first-year head coach Al Golden, his staff and the football team will meet with students to get them fired up about the upcoming season.
Students will be able to enjoy free food, receive a t- shirt, order their Wild Cherry Sports Pass (Football and Basketball) for the 2006-07 seasons and receive a tour of the Football Complex.
The Edberg-Olson Hall Football Complex is located on the main campus at 11th and Diamond Streets.
