TEMPLE-CLEMSON FOOTBALL GAME TO BE TELEVISED ON ESPNU

PHILADELPHIA -- The Temple versus Clemson football game to be played in Charlotte, N.C. on Thursday, October 12, will be televised live on ESPNU.  The contest is slated for a 7:30 p.m. kick-off at Bank of America Stadium, home of the NFL's Carolina Panthers.

 

In Philadelphia, ESPNU is available on DIRECTV (Channel 609). To view ESPNU availability in other areas, visit www.espntv.com.

 

The game is one of two Thursday night contests for the Owls, who opening their season on Thursday evening, August 31, at Buffalo.

 

Additional televised games for Temple's 2006 gridiron campaign will be announced at a later date.
