PHILADELPHIA-- Temple Athletics has issued an advisory to all fans attending Saturday's football game between Temple and Penn State at Lincoln Financial Field.

Noon
PEP RALLY
A pep rally will be held on Friday, Nov. 9 from 4:30-6 p.m. at Dilworth Plaza (City Hall area).
Entertainment will be provided by the Temple Marching Band, the Diamond Gems Dance Team, Temple mascot Hooter the Owl, and the cheerleaders. The festivities will also include an appearance from the Mummers' Durning String Band. Head Coach Al Golden and the Temple football team will stop by to address the crowd.
KICKOFF
Game time is Noon. The game will be televised by the ESPNU.
TICKET AVAILABILITY
There are a limited number of tickets available.Tickets can be purchased Tickets may be purchased via phone at 215-336-2000 or by logging onto TicketMaster.com.
For ticket pick-up, Will Call windows at the stadium will open at 10 a.m. on gameday.
OVERNIGHT PARKING
There is no recreational vehicle (RV) overnight parking at Lincoln Financial Field at any time.
PARKING LOTS
Parking is $11 per car and $22 for a recreational vehicle (RV).
For the Temple vs. Penn State game at Lincoln Financial Field, the following rules apply:
1) One parking pass per car. Fans are not allowed to purchase extra parking passes to park in one space and tailgate in an adjoining space.
2) Recreational Vehicles (RVs) are charged $22.00 at the gate. There are no advance-purchase parking passes available for RVs.
3) There will be NO OVERNIGHT PARKING allowed in any of the lots.
4) Lot K will open at 5:00 a.m. on game day.

Wachovia lots (A - H) - 5:00 a.m.
Citizens Bank lots (M - P) - 5:00 a.m.
Citizens Bank lots (Q - X) - 9:00 a.m.
Lincoln Financial Field lots J, L - 9:00 a.m.

STADIUM GATES
Head House Plaza opens at 9 a.m. Fans will be admitted to the inner stadium gates at 10:30 a.m., 90 minutes before the start of the game. The media gate will open at 9 a.m.
ONE- WAY TRAFFIC
One-way traffic patterns around Lincoln Financial Field will be in effect during the morning and again after the game.
ADA
Fans needing handicapped parking must show their handicapped sticker for entrance. Cost is $11 and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Handicapped seating is available on a limited basis. Tickets may be purchased at the box office.
SEPTA (subway)
SEPTA will operate special Broad Street Line "Sports Express" trains about every 10 minutes between 9 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. The Sports Express trains will be added to the regular weekend Broad Street Line local schedule.
Local trains run about every 12 minutes throughout the day on the weekend. Broad Street Line Sports Express trains leave from the Fern Rock Transportation Center and make limited station stops to Pattison Station at the South Phila. Sports Complex. Sports Express trains take only about eight minutes to travel from City Hall Station to the Sports Complex.

PLAN AHEAD
This is the largest attended game in Temple football history. Fans are reminded to plan ahead. There will be new traffic patterns and lines at the entrance gates.
NEXT HOME GAME
The next home game is Saturday, Nov. 17 against Kent State at Noon.
