PHILADELPHIA - The Temple football program today announced the rosters and format for the 2007 Cherry & White Spring Intrasquad Scrimmage. The game is slated to begin at 2:30 on Saturday, April 21, at the Ambler (Pa.) Sports Complex. The scrimmage will highlight a Cherry and White Day that also features a softball game versus Massachusetts and a baseball game against Xavier, as well as alumni games and/or exhibitions in basketball, fencing, flag football, gymnastics, soccer and volleyball.
Mark D'Onofrio will serve as head coach of the Cherry squad, while George DeLeone will direct the White. Adam DiMichele and Colin Clancy will quarterback the Cherry, while Vaughn Charlton and Local 215 members Andrew Case and Rob Beckey will be under center for White. The game will feature 12-minute quarters and a running clock, except for the final two minutes of each half.
