Men's Tennis Ends Season With 6-0 Win Over La Salle At A-10 Championship

MONROEVILLE, PA - The Temple men's tennis team defeated La Salle, 6-0, Friday morning in the consolation round of the A-10 Men's Tennis Championship. The Owls went 1-1 at the Championship to secure a 10th-place finish.
The Owls jumped out of the gates quickly and claimed the doubles point on wins by Philip Gegenheimer and Nathan Spunda at the No. 2 slot and Aymeric de Conde and Eduardo Saavedra at the No. 3 position.
The Owls blanked the Explorers in singles action for the second time this season, winning all matches in straight sets.
Temple ends its season with a 9-13 overall record.
