FLAGSTAFF, AZ - Freshman Kara Williams made nine saves in her Temple debut to lead the visiting Owls to a 0-0 tie with host Northern Arizona Friday night in the first round of the Hilton Inn Mountain Garden Classic. The Owls will play Eastern Washington Sunday at 2:00 p.m, (EST).

Northern Arizona attempted 29 shots in the match with Temple mounting just eight shots. NAU keeper Liz Winkelblech recorded three saves.

Cori Gallagher and Charisma Wright led Temple with two shots each.
