• Temple Game Captains: #93 DE Leyon Azubuike (defense), #59 C Alex Derenthal (offense), #13 QB Adam DiMichele (offense), and #37 DB Abioye Oyeyemi (defense).
• Carrying flags for Temple today were #34 TB Jason Harper, #17 LB Omar McDonnaugh-Hales, and #16 Jaiquawn Jarrett.
• TE Steve Maneri's 21-yard touchdown catch in the first quarter was his first TD this season and the third of his quarter.
• Temple's first quarter touchdown marked the first time that the Owls have scored in the opening quarter this season.
• DB Dominique Harris' interception in the second quarter was his first this season and the third of his career.
• WR Dy'Onne Crudup's touchdown in the second quarter was the first of his career.
• QB Adam DiMichele's rushing touchdown was the first of his career. Last season he had a touchdown reception.
• TB Jason Harper had a career-high 24 carries.
• Fifteen freshmen, including 14 true freshmen, saw action in today's game. Three (RG Derek Dennis, OLB Amara Kamara, and CB Jamal Schulters) received starting nods.
• The Owls' 35 points were the most the team has scored this season, and most since a 38-7 win over Florida A&M (9/18/04). It is the most against a Football Bowl Subdivision opponent since a 44-36 win at Middle Tennessee State (10/4/03)
• Redshirt junior QB Adam DiMichele set career highs for TD passes (4), completions (27) and attempts (41). His 299 passing yards marks the third time in his career, and first this season, that he has surpassed the 200-yard mark in passing yards.
