Freshman OL Steve Caputo Out for Rest of 2008 Season

PHILADELPHIA - True freshman offensive lineman Steve Caputo (Kennett Square, Pa./ Unionville HS) suffered a knee injury Saturday and will miss the remainder of the 2008 season.
Temple (2-5, 1-3 MAC) returns home to Lincoln Financial Field to host Ohio (2-5, 1-2 MAC) on Tuesday, Oct. 21. The game will be nationally televised on ESPN2 at 8 p.m.
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, Temple has declared a "Pink Out", asking fans to wear pink to the game. As part of the innovative "Owls for the Cure" initiative, spearheaded by head coach Al Golden and his wife Kelly to raise funds for the Philadelphia Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, a minimum of 10% of all single-game tickets will benefit Komen.
